Title : Operations Manager(Sales)

Experience : 9-10 years

Qualification : MBA Or any Equivalent Qualification

Location : Hyderabad

- Set up and handle the complete operations of retail-business, in close coordination with all internal functions.

- Prepare a retail business plan for chain of stores across India from internal concepts & ideas.

- Responsible for meeting budgetary and sales targets through motivating and developing staff.

- Consistently achieving and surpassing Key Performance Indicators and Maintaining Stock Norms.

- Preparing Business Plans after Interpreting results of Data Analysis.

- Retail training of all staff and Managers in all the regional stores.

- Maintaining and reporting data related to Growth Analysis of the Stores and region.

- Checking and Clearing Discrepancies related to stocks inwards at stores.

- Creating and applying Standard Operating Procedures at all stores.

- Executing Store operations on time.

- Solving Queries and Issues related to Day to Day operations for all the stores.

- Traveling to stores to check consistencies in sales.
