Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure seamless workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and service enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of operational staff to meet organizational goals.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance skills, productivity, and service delivery.
- Delegate tasks effectively while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and maintain service quality in line with clinic standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and rectify quality gaps.
- Implement corrective and preventive measures for continuous improvement.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement operational improvements.
Technical and Administrative Support:
- Leverage technical tools and software to enhance operational processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client and operational records.
- Oversee administrative functions, including scheduling, inventory management, and compliance.
Client Relations:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Proactively gather client feedback to improve services and enhance the client experience.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in operational management, with a preference for experience in healthcare, clinics, or service-based industries.
