Responsibilities:

MIS Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) to track and report on the performance of equity investments across multiple portfolios.

Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operational activities related to equity investments, ensuring timely execution of transactions, accurate record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient operational procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of investment operations.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with various stakeholders, including family members, investment managers, and external advisors, to facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment on investment objectives and strategies.

Risk Management: Monitor investment-related risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the interests of the family office and its clients.

Performance Analysis: Conduct performance analysis and evaluation of equity investments, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and portfolio optimization.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the family office team, including finance, legal, and compliance professionals, to ensure coordinated and integrated management of investment activities.

Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to support the overall objectives of the family office.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.

Proven experience in operations management within a family office, wealth management firm, or investment management company, with a focus on equity investments.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management principles.

Proficiency in developing and managing MIS for investment reporting and analysis purposes.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to investment management.
