- Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Report


- Drive the organization through robust planning and reporting for EPC projects.


- Serve diverse sectors, including petroleum, oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, utilities, power plants, refineries, and port terminals. Proposal and Estimation


- Collaboration with Proposals and estimations teams to create strong business proposals for new, niche, and expansion projects.


- Integrate engineering and project teams for a comprehensive proposal. Project Strategizing


- Implement value engineering strategies to enhance project efficiency.


- Minimize schedule variance and ensure costefficient procurement by expanding the vendor base.


- Instil a culture of quality, process adherence, and safety within project teams. Multi-Discipline Engineering


- Contribute two and a half decades of tank specialization knowledge to strengthen the company's technical foundation. - Own design and engineering processes for EPC projects from pre-bid to commissioning and handover.


- Mechanical Engineering Leadership - Lead the Mechanical Engineering Department (Static and rotating) with responsibility for multi-discipline engineering (Mechanical, Piping, Process, E&I, and C&S) - Provide technical guidance and leadership to discipline leads and teams for detail engineering, design calculations, drawings, D3 modeling, and issue resolution. Engineering Planning and Control: - Establish an overall engineering schedule by integrating discipline-wise and equipment-wise deliverables. - Plan, schedule, control and monitor in coordination with Projects and Planning - Implement manpower allocation and budget control measures.


- Quality Assurance and Compliance - Conduct inter-discipline checks and review construction and fabrication procedures, ITP, QC, painting etc. - Evaluate critical project design deliverables to ensure compliance with specifications, contract technical requirements and standards and closed throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications : - Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in EPC Projects - Strong background in Tanks specialization, code knowledge and project management - Proven leadership skill with the ability to drive strategic initiates
