Operations Manager - Backend operations:

Job Description - 

1. Provide day to day planning and tracking support to field operations to ensure efficient and effective operations

2. Deliverables include daily order estimations, customer to delivery fleet mapping, daily SLA reports, customer experience analytics etc.

The role would require the candidate to perform the following tasks - 

1. Lead a team of operations executives and MIS executives to deliver daily deliverables

2. Device and use scalable methods to plan every day order mapping to field executives, using best of the technologies available in the market

3. Optimize for high probability of meeting the SLAs in the plans made above

4. Responsible for maintaining day to day operational metrics at multiple levels and performing critical analysis on the day's performance

5. Ensure that the escalation matrix is implemented for breach of SLAs at various nodes of supply chain
