Education - MBA, CA

Job Profile :

- Should handle entire TPD operations activities centrally.

- Responsible for process automation and execution.

- Responsible all types of queries, requests, escalations etc. received for TPD Products.

- Reconciliation and processing Brokerage Invoices received from Distributors timely basis.

- Discrepancy & Error reporting of both brokerage and payment related escalations.

- Coordinate with service team for resolution of service escalations as received from Custodian Participants.

- Handling exception cases- Management fee reduction, Commitment rebase, Tweaks in Brokerage etc.

- Coordination with Vendor for CP, Product Onboarding in Sales Force- Feed backs, UATS. Preparing Fee, Product, Brokerage master etc.

- Managing end to end Empanelment process, Agreement review for TPD products.

- Co ordination with Sales, Compliance, Operations, CAMS & Distributors for Empanelment & Pricing.

- Solely responsible for Scheme related communications as and when required.
