Job Description: Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and provide effective leadership to Project & Value addition team.
- Coordinate activities at MRF for ensuring smooth Value addition and saleable intermediate product.
- Carry out necessary reporting to the CEO for Value additions.
- Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Ensuring smooth operation all- round the year for value additions to ensure maximum recoverable value at MRF.
- To achieve quality benchmark set by Company.
- Determine areas needing cost reduction and efficiency improvement to stay within budget and achieve targets.
- Review financial statements, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement at MRF for Value Addition & Special Project level.
- Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with staff members as necessary.
- Determine monthly goods dispatch and sales planning, and maximize the return on price and minimize the cost incurred during the process.
- Ensure documentations compliance without which no dispatches are made.
- Plan & Maintain the infrastructure at MRF with Value additions facilities.
- Ensure all material coming from collections operations into MRF is processed through Quality Checks and Weight is verified before acceptance, failure to do so will be sole responsibility of MRF Management Team and will be considered gross negligence.
- Keep stock of segregated material at minimum at all times and ensure dispatches regularly.
- Manage and ensure that all records of the movement of goods into and out of MRF are kept.
- Seek board approval for any expansion and growth plan which are not budgeted for.
- Manage MRF in such a manner to avoid accidental loss of material due to natural or man-made situations.
- Budgets are properly controlled and managed, to achieve best value for money.
- Plan and conduct training for employees at MRF periodically for Electrical / fire / Operational Safety.
- To attend Weekly meetings on and share developments, results, of the department and expectations from other departments.
- To attend Monthly meetings to Share previous month performance and problem or achievements and also share next month's Roadmap.
Key Skills: Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Management/Operations or other related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a MRF/Plant/Manufacturing facility supervision role
- Good understanding of Production planning, logistics and operations
- Knowledge of Waste/Plastic/Recycling Industry dynamics (optional)
- Knowledge of basic auditing, tax and other regulations/laws
- Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.
- Good communication skill verbal and written in English
- Business acumen with strategic thinking and leadership quality
- Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment.

Experience: 5+ years but Minimum 3-5 years experience in a MRF/Plant/Manufacturing facility supervision role.
Qualification: Graduate - Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance/Management/Operations or other related field.
