Operation Head - Construction Tech

Role Overview:

As the Head of Operations, you will oversee the smooth functioning of Company's operations, ensuring that client projects across the country are delivered efficiently,

within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This strategic leadership role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing multiple teams, streamlining operations, and developing plans to optimize delivery and profitability. You will also play a pivotal role in managing Company's Operations profit and loss (P&L), helping the business scale sustainably and meet evolving client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

- Ensure that client requirements are understood and translated into actionable plans across operations teams.

- Monitor client satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Operations Management:

- Lead and manage the end-to-end operations for all YelloSKYE's services, including construction monitoring, land surveys, and inspections.

- Oversee the deployment and coordination of drone pilots, data analysts, and field teams to meet project deadlines.

- Continuously improve workflows by integrating technology, process optimizations, and staff training.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop strategies for optimizing the delivery pipeline, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet growing client demand.

- Manage Company's P&L, working closely with leadership to ensure operational costs are controlled while delivering value to clients.

Team Leadership:

- Lead a multidisciplinary team across different regions in India.

- Build a performance-driven culture by fostering collaboration and accountability within the team.

Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process enhancements through the integration of technology (e.g.,AI-driven analytics) and drone data platforms.

- Ensure that ours's services adhere to compliance standards and best practices in the drone industry.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management, preferably in a technology-driven services company.

- Experience in managing P&L, budget allocation, and resource planning.

- Familiarity with drone technology and construction project workflows is a plus.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.

- Ability to work strategically while also being hands-on with day-to-day operations.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of aerial data collection, 2D/3D digital twins, and analytics platforms.

- Strong understanding of SLA management and project delivery in construction or industrial sectors.

- Ability to drive process improvements with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
