A leading operation consulting firm is looking for operation manager who is working on the project for Manufacturing company.

Location: Mumbai,Delhi and Bangalore.

Industry preferred : Consulting firm

Exp-12 to 15 years into consulting

POSITION OVERVIEW:

- Ensure multiple project teams,made up of consulting firm and client staff, deliver operational and financial improvements within a client organisation. Ensures all projects are delivered to the defined standard of quality whilst managing within cost and time constraints

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Manage the projects deliverables to the time, cost and quality requirements. Develop more work form existing clients. Lead and motivate the project managers. Ensure costs are controlled, and revenue is received in a timely manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Deep expertise in planning and managing projects of business transformation or operational excellence, primarily within the Manufacturing sector.

- Exceptional ability of analyzing various situations & designing solutions to complex problems.

- Lead projects and train personnel in continuous process improvement projects and able to recognize continuous process improvement opportunities quickly using past experiences and training.

- Change Agent, Analytical Abilities, Lean Agent, Auditor, Trainer to improve skills,, Innovator, Results Driven, Task force leader, Self, Motivator, People Management Skills & Execution Abilities, Good Organizer, Planner, Lateral thinker, & committed to assigned tasks.

- Working with Multinationals / Indian corporate to identify areas of Operational and financial improvement and develop scope of projects to deliver improvements.

- Lead and guide assignments covering analysis of improvement potential and implementation in various functions such as Productivity improvement, Supply Chain (Inventory, Store management, Warehouse, Logistics),Vendor management, Contract management, Maintenance, HR & Admin, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance & Sales Transformation.
