Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the various diligence streams as part of the due diligence process to identify weaknesses and areas to address in potential investee companies.

2. Co-ordinating with and Monitoring of portfolio companies across the life cycle of the investment - Preparing and maintaining a comprehensive tracker for each portfolio company, Conditions Precedents and Subsequent (CSs), statutory processes, approvals and other requirements, Recurring deliverables: compliance tracker, information covenants, internal audits, maintaining financial covenant related tracker.

3. TRA / Escrow Account Monitoring

4. Monitoring Internal Audit processes across portfolio companies including implementation of action items

5. Create effective dashboards on monitoring across portfolio companies and present / escalate to leadership team on non compliance / issues resolution

Preference:

1. Operation and compliance officer - NBFC or Bank Wholesale banking

2. Escrow Monitoring

3. Security Creation

4. Covenant tracking

5. Monthly Statutory requirements.

Monitoring roles from a statutory perspective of Portfolio Companies

Location - Lower Parel Mumbai.

Skills:

Essential skills :

1. Ability to navigate middle-level working team counterparts from portfolio companies

2. Effectively coordinate and collaborate with Fund and operating company stakeholders

3. Cross-disciplinary approach (financial/ operations / legal / governance)

4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

5. Ability and confidence to deal with assignments and stakeholders independently
