Operating Officer/Analyst - Technology & Engineering - (With German MNC)

We are seeking a Operating Officer for the company - a full-time position based out of the Noida office for German MNC operation in India - https://www.jf.ag/ 

Objectives of this Role:

(1) Your primary goal will be to increase our organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the board on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

(2) This role, will be responsible for making the delivery team highly effective in delivering the technology and engineering solutions that are their forte.

(3) Manage day-to-day overall operational execution to enhance cost control, profitability, quality, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations departments.

(4) Full accountability for identification of operational issues resulting from quality audits and/or - Voice of the Customer- as well as accountability for systemic issue resolution.

(5) Develop and coach a strong and cohesive operations leadership team. Assure all hourly employees receive the proper training, feedback and support to achieve their objectives and deliver on customer requirements.

(6) Preparing various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision making by the Management.

(7) Works collaboratively with different groups to bring new ideas, processes and work streams.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

- Experience of managing technology services and delivery.

- Experience of managing large delivery organizations in technology and/or Engineering

- P&L management experience

- Experience of working with diverse functions such as IT,HR, Finance, marketing etc.

- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills

- Ability to multi-task, work with several colleagues and clients at the same time and across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or Engineering from Tier 1 B-School

- Operational and analytic experience

- International business experience preferred
