- 12-15 years experience in banking contact centre.

- Hands on Experience on Banking Call center Implementation
- Effective communication, coordination and leadership skills.
- Team Work and coordination skills to interact with vendor support personnel, other systems support teams, operations teams and clients.
- Directs the day-to-day operations of the Banking Customer Contact Center to ensure area responds professionally, courteously, quickly and accurately to all inquiries from agents and customers.
