Candidates who holds strong exposure to Open Stack and from Telecom domain firm. I am looking for candidates who has minimum of 10 - 14 years.

Are overall familiar with OpenStack core components (Neutron, Nova, Keystone, Glance) :

- Know OpenStack architecture

- Understand underlying technologies

Have deep understanding of Neutron networking :

- Familiar with Neutron's information model

- Familiar with overlay networking concepts that are core to Neutron

- Understand plugin architecture of Neutron: ML2 Plugin, L2 Agent, L3 Agent

- Understand how Neutron operates with OpenVSwitch / DistributedVRouter

Have deep understanding of Nova :

- Familiar with resource scheduler's information model and implementation

- Familiar with HW related specs that are handled by NOVA (Cpu model, Numa)

- Familiar with Nova-Neutron joint operation

Great benefit is experience with virtualization stack under OpenStack :

- KVM optimizations and performance

- QEMU

- Libvirt capabilities and how OpenStack integrates with libvirt and utilizes those capabilities
