Past experience required : - Preferably 3-8 years Quality Assurance experience. - Experience in food sector will be preferred. Educational background : - Preferably engineering, open to other graduate streams as well. Role : 1. Leading the Quality Assurance team for the Company owned site as well as Contract Manufacturing site. 2. Managing a team of 3-4 reportees including QA and QC associates (2 shifts) and Dispatch Supervisors (2 shifts) 3. Site Quality ownership including processes and owning the KPIs for input and output measures of quality 4. Establishing and tightening process of material QC check for RM & PM 5. Defining SOP for incorporation of critical chemical and physical tests for WIP & FG product. 6. Documentation compliance ownership from FSSAI and other regulatory standpoint (Fire safety, GMP, etc.). 7. Building a strong Quality culture in the team and ensuring process oriented execution of work 8. Owning the input and output KPIs w.r.t quality 6 Days work week cycle Location : Bhandup, Mumbai.
