About the CEO and Co-Founder:
Ahana Gautam, CEO & Co-Founder at Open Secret, is an experienced operator with a passion to build and grow the biggest consumer brands in India. She is currently building Open Secret with a mission to make every Indian family snack better by un-junking their favorite food and beverages. She has a B.Tech from IIT Bombay and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Started her career at P&G where she worked across multiple functions - supply chain, finance and marketing. Ahana grew her passion for food brands at General Mills in the US where she launched natural and organic products.
About the job:We are looking for a Growth Head with an intrapreneurial & growth mindset. A hustler who is data driven, can execute out of the box ideas. This role requires that the candidate has have high sense of ownership & capacity to function independently.
Responsibilities:
- Scale traffic in a profitable fashion across performance marketing, affiliates, influencer and organic
- Work closely with digital agencies and brand marketing team for benchmarking and measurement to increase conversions, cross-sell, drive platform specific influencer activities, and focus on upselling to increase the customer engagement via multiple digital channels, to help build a culture of continuous improvement, constant testing, and transparency
- Product listing, maintain price parity, analyzing customer performance and take actions towards improvisation.
- Lead all retention efforts across digital channels; CRM, telemarketing, etc.
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to optimise storefront and listings for conversion, basket building, and profitability
- Co-create GTM for onboarded brands and categories along with the category managers to deliver on monthly revenue and growth targets
- Manage and grow a nimble and diverse team to deliver on above goals
Requirements:- 1-2 years business and / or marketing experience in relevant startup and e commerce organisations
- Strong experience using performance marketing to drive traffic growth and brand awareness
- Strength working with cross functional teams in a high growth environment
- Worked on different live projects, web optimization.
