Financial Management: Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. 2. Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including tax laws, financial reporting standards, and other applicable industry-specific regulations. 4. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 6. Audit and Internal Controls: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and implementing necessary improvements. 8. Team management : providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive high performance. Requirements: 1. Education: CA/ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2. Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a focus on compliance and financial control. 3. Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax compliance. 5. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
