Business Finance Manager Objectives of this Role : - Identify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing risk - Drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies - Execute accurate reporting, enabling yourself to analyze options and make financial recommendations - Provide insight into business performance against competitor and industry trends Daily and Monthly Responsibilities : - Coordinate strategic financial plan process for various business units, products and leaders to help them build an effective business strategy - Focus on all daily business/sales review meeting, drive growth discussions with data points and help finance team in month-end accounting procedures for the account results, including P&L activity, balance sheet activity and MIS - Support on ad hoc data requests raised by existing investors Skills and Qualifications : - CA / MBA - 0-2 years of Work experience in Start up with business finance role or experience in financial due diligence team of big4 - Personal integrity; ability to work in fast paced environments; self motivated and team player.
