Creative Director - Fintech
What you will be doing :
- Responsible to build, lead and oversee the day-to-day work of the creative team and supervise the production of collaterals like print, web, electronic, and digital.
- Manage external teams to produce short form and long form promotional and editorial content (e.g. TV spots, advertisements, web series, training videos etc).
- Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables.
- Ability to direct the expression of brand building ideas to drive media coverage, buzz and brand engagement for top clients in a variety of sectors.
- To act as brand guardian to ensure all design collateral produced is faithful to Open's brand guidelines.
- Lead role with clients, with the ability to galvanize a room and have a credible point-of view with c-suite executives.
- Grasp cultural nuances to build English, Hindi and vernacular campaigns.
What you'll bring along : - Mandatory 5 years of experience as a Creative Director in a B2B/SaaS organisation.
- You are a detail-oriented project manager with an eye for great design.
- You have experience across key brand and communication disciplines, including video, marketing content creation, digital marketing, regional websites, and social media.
- You have experience working within a fast up or fast paced environment.
- You will be able to managed multiple projects at the same time.
- Have a firm grasp of on-set etiquette along with strong production knowledge experience.
- Thirst to be constantly learning, experimenting, failing & going at it again.
- Ability to thrive in chaos and build planes while you fly them.
