1. Provide leadership and assume accountability for the development and delivery of Technical Project Management needed to support business solutions and programs.
2. Direct clients through all implementation phases including planning, configuration, data migration, on boarding, training, and post-launch support
3. Work across multiple teams to coordinate project tasks, deliverable, documentation, and timelines on customer integrations projects.
4. Coordinate follow-up and next steps for the client and other internal departments/staff related to the project.
5. Understand the various departments/organisation involved in the project and their individual interests.
6. Respond proactively to requests for information.
7. Document and maintain records of current project plans, meeting minutes, decisions, project reports, schedules, budgets, cost tracking reports, and other pertinent records.
8. Coordinate conference calls and meetings; record meeting minutes as needed of follow up on and review meeting minutes recorded by another team member or vendor.
9. Handle and resolve customer problems that are escalated for management attention.
10. Providing regular updates of the progress and status of specific project tasks
Contribute to building and continually improving methodologies, processes and documentation.
11. Assist in contract and vendor due diligence efforts
Identify client feedback and enhancement requests, and convey this information to our team.
Required Candidate profile
1. B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
2. 3+ years of experience working in a technical role
3. Experience with MS Office, MS Project, Agile Management tools such as Jira, Trello, or VersionOne
4. 4+ years experience in a project management / lead role
5. Strong skills in project planning, budget estimation and management, resource planning and assessment, financial planning and risk assessment.
6. Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts, ideas and strategies to senior leadership and end-users.
7. Ability to work effectively on shared projects with engineers, sales staff, customer experience, testers, and support
8. Able to clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing with team members and executive stakeholders
9. Prior experience working with a startup is a big plus
10. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
11. Scrum master certification a plus
