Onsurity Technologies - Strategic Planning Manager

Who are we looking for?

- Strategic planners must be able to analyze various information and use this information to create viable strategic plans for an organization.

- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant with strong background of strategic planning in start-up, SAAS based companies.

- Understanding of market research and data analysis and have knowledge of business operations and procedures.

- Must have experience in handling projects and planning them from the scratch

- They also must be strong listeners to hear and understand the needs of the company as well as the individual needs of the company's employees.

- Negotiation, Collaboration, Persuasiveness, Presentation Skills, Constructive criticism, Public Speaking, verbal communication, written communication and nonverbal are the communication skills that strategic planners should possess.

- Having a strong understanding of business development techniques supports a strategic planner's abilities in creating effective strategies that help a company reach its goals.

- Have experience of various types of information technology to consolidate data and findings.

- Must evaluate various sources, including facts and data, and draw conclusions based on this information.
