Purpose of the role:
End-to-end product lifecycle management from strategic planning to tactical activities
Job Description
- Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products.
- Create & review collateral (datasheets, whitepapers, tech briefs, test cases ) to explain product benefits and features.
- Drive product development by working closely with Engineering teams, other Product Managers & stakeholders
- Understand the customers, users and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
- Define, analyze & report metrics that identify the success of products & features.
- Constantly communicate with stakeholders
- Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and challenging.
Qualifications
- MBA from T1 colleges preferred.
- 3+ yrs work exposure post MBA.
Experience and skills
- Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications.
- Experience in designing simple and intuitive user interfaces.
- Experience in developing social products, technologies and platforms.
- Hands on approach to problem solving
- A keen interest in technology & customers
- Knowledge of CRM's would be helpful
- Prior experience in Digital Product Roles would be a plus.
- 3-4 years or more of Product Management at e-commerce companies.
