Those who like to thrive in a dynamic environment and go beyond the role expectations will enjoy working with us.   We are looking to create India's best service brand and this role which will report to the CEO will play a key role to help us achieve this.   Job Purpose : Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Implementation Support for key organizational initiatives  Duties and Responsibilities :   - Responsible for scoping and implementing Onsite's special projects and strategic initiatives  - Works in conjunction with COO to achieve operational excellence   - Lead selected projects that require cross-functional engagement with key staff across the organization and with external stakeholders, as needed  - Provide support to the CEO in undertaking research, tracking trends, preparing presentations to create business cases for new initiatives/business opportunities   - A glimpse of some of the initiatives that will have to be led and executed - customer engagement strategy, new business lines evaluation etc. Once a project is complete, it will be handed over to the process owners for day-to-day execution  Qualifications and Skills :   - MBA from a premier B-School/an equivalent qualification OR a B.Tech from an IIT and a minimum of 4/5 years of overall work experience  - Proven ability to identify key issues and carry forward an idea or project from concept to execution  - Analytical thinking and mastering complex subject matter quickly   - Strong organizational skills and demonstrated capability to develop and implement practical strategies, plans, and solutions to identified issues and problems  - Ability to partner well with colleagues both in and outside of the organization  - Ability to work independently
