Job Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
- Review and monitor service delivery planning, provisioning and measurement to ensure high quality services.
- Have constant focus on customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring key SLAs.
- Proactive and reactive resolution of all customer and internal escalated conflicts and issues.
Operational Excellence:
- Contribute to practice and profitability, effective resource management, customer satisfaction through continued evaluation and modification of key performance delivery indicators (KPIs).
- Institute established industry practices that will allow more accurate process management and control.
Business Management:
- Maintain relationships with key stake holders.
- Manage client expectations and adherence to established SLAs.
- Maintain ongoing and continuous communication with clients that will ensure deepening of business relationships.
People Management:
- Mentor and coach employees through reviews, personal meetings; conduct performance management assessments.
- Ensure team members execute effectively, collaborate appropriately and have positive impact on the organization.
Desired candidate skills and experience:
- Minimum 8 years experience with managing service delivery with a large Consumer Durables/IT/ITES/Retail organization.
- MBA from Tier-1 institutes. Preferably from IIM, FMS, SP Jain, XLRI or other institutes of similar standing
- Experience with engaging clients at the CXO level.
- Expertise with workforce management.
- Experience with driving major change and transformation initiatives that attained measurable objectives of increase in efficiency, productivity, revenue growth, and efficiency improvements.
