What you'll offer us : - Responsible for evaluating, strategizing, building and executing new initiatives to drive partner acquisition. - Partner acquisition and growth management which includes onboarding process, training, guidelines, adherence, pay-outs, vulnerability and risk monitoring. - Partner engagement, welfare and grievance redressal with the utmost sense of urgency. - Cross-functional collaborations with tech, ops, marketing and strategy to cohesively enable growth, communication and engagement through tech. - Risk aversion and mitigation to safeguard and protect partner and business interests. - Identify evolving needs, welfare schemes, priorities and possible frictions in advance to address Partner growth while building a moat to sustain market growth. - Constantly check, ascertain and ensure benchmark quality in final services delivery. - Coordinating for critical communications, marketing information, partner retention efforts and promotions & offers management with multiple stakeholders. - Leverage data to drive partner growth and decisions. - Owning supply-side deliverables and constraints.
