Job Description  The Online Sales Specialist is responsible for management of selling of telecom accessories through e-commerce through online sellers like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc.   The role requires maximizing revenue realization and ensuring their operational competence in providing the required services to customers.   As an Online Sales Specialist you need to manage all seller related aspects of an e-commerce business including building, pricing, stock planning, promotions, tracking competition, managing key metric of sales, cancellations, SLA inventory etc. An Online Sales Specialist is seller-facing and individually handles a set of sellers, typically responsible for hundreds of sellers and products.   Key Responsibility Areas:  - Online Sales Specialist has the responsibility of delivering on a sales plan while maximizing top line and bottom line   - Drives Business growth and Market Share of telecom accessories with strong product, competition and consumer analytics.  - Managing all seller related aspects of an e-commerce business like sales planning, merchandising and promotions.  - Tracking competition, and managing key metric of sales, cancellations, SLA inventory etc.  Candidate Profile :  - 6-7 years Sales Experience selling telecom accessories  - Seller/Vendor Management and Online experience preferred  Skills Required :   - Willingness to learn, invent and re-invent oneself  - Comfortable with numbers, MS Excel, and ability to take decisions based on number crunching and analytical skills  - Hands on ability to execute independently.  - Good Interpersonal skils and pleasing personality
