About Our Client

Our client, a leading insurance firm is looking to build their online sales platform for selling insurance products online. They are looking for seasoned professionals with significant experience in online sales management to support and enhance their operations within India.

Job Description

- Our client is setting up operations to launch an online insurance sales channel and is thus looking for professionals that come from an Insurance background, having excellent exposure in online sales of insurance products.

Reporting into the operations lead, you would be responsible for:

- Providing direction in establishment & enhancement of the online sales channel

- End to end management of customers that visit the website for purchasing the insurance policy online

- Managing & developing an online customer management team that would focus on assisting online customers complete the sales process

- Reducing online customer dropouts at various stages

- Establishing a robust mechanism for comprehensive and timely resolution of customer queries

- Ensuring all relevant documents are collected from customers that apply for a policy online

- Conducting due diligence before insurance policy issuance

The Successful Applicant

- 10+ years of overall experience

- 4+ years of experience in managing online sales of insurance products

- Experience of leading large teams

- Must come from an insurance background

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
