The Company, started as a Security and has now successfully expanded its business to become a leading Security Software and Solution provider in the Cyber Security Space. With over 25 Million Customers, located in 100 countries, most of them in India and Europe
ROLE SUMMARY & OBJECTIVE:
As an Online Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the online sales team, developing and implementing effective online sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through various digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and sales management.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Online Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute the overall online sales strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
- Identify new opportunities for online sales growth and expansion into different digital channels.
Sales & Margin
- Responsible for driving Sales and Margin
- Develop and execute launch strategy for online business
- Provide inputs on product and service offering
- Coordinate with cross function department on processes
- Drive Alliances to outsource/synergize products and services
- Manage Market-Place alliances and vendor management
Digital Marketing & Offline Marketing
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
- Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
- Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search and SEO.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
- Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Customer Service & User Experience
- Devising strategies to drive user experience on the website.
- Analyze and respond to customer service feedback
- Lead the Customer Relation Management (CRM) initiatives
- Lead and Database management of the Online Customers
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire a team of online sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- MBA/PG from premium institutes.
Experience:
- 10+ years' experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, SEO and B2C Online Channel trading.
- Additional experience in Catalogue Management, Lead Generation and Product/Site launch preferred.
