As the Online Product Manager,you will be responsible for understanding requirements, helping to define product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.
What you will do:
- Owning the overall UI/UX experience of the company's products working with designers and Front-end engineers
- Growing and engaging the organic visitors to the company's products
- Improving the conversion of the organic visitors to paid customers
- Improving the discoverability and SEO of the website
- Managing prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers
- Benchmarking competitive experiences and defining and implementing a roadmap of improvements
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrable experience of 1-7 years in defining and delivering consumer-facing web products
- Engineering Undergrad (preferably in CS/IT)
- MBA will be a plus (but is not a must-have)
- Should be excited about solving problems with consumer-facing products that a start-up will throw
- Should have a passion for solving customer queries in a wide array of situations
- Should be looking forward to owning entire product features - the front-end, the backend, the logic and whatever else it takes to build and launch a product successfully
- Should be excited about being part of a sustainable growth story in the Ed-tech space
- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
- Good communication skills and a flair for problem-solving
