Associate/Senior Associate, Business Operations

Vizury Interactive is a leading behavioral advertising solution provider headquartered in Bangalore, India. We are backed by leading VC firms from India, Singapore & Silicon Valley and work with leading marketers in the banking, stock trading, financial services, ecommerce, travel & leisure, dating & automotive space amongst others. We help the advertisers optimize their RoI through our targeting platform by letting them have 1:1 conversations. Our path breaking product, Visitor Relationship Management (VRM), enables advertisers engage and monetize those online visitors who drop off without engaging with the brand. The 1:1 marketing conversation is enabled through thousands of highly personalized rich media ads that are powered by statistical modeling of user behavior, dynamic message generation module and response optimization system.

We are present in India, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany & UK, either directly or through strategic partnerships & are aggressively expanding its foot-print into four more markets. We are looking out for Senior Associate, Operations in India. The details are as follows:

Title – Senior Associate, Operations (India)

Location – Bangalore

The candidate would be primarily responsible for -

1.Campaign launch and optimization activities

2.Identifying areas of process improvements and contributing on the same

3.Identify issues, structure business problems & hypotheses, conduct analysis and develop recommendations

4.Interfacing with global vendors for advertising inventory acquisition

5.Peer work review and ensuring strict QC standards are met in own projects

6.Interact with clients and ensure client delight

7.Managing campaigns in a way that set revenue and margin targets are achieved

8.Multi-functional team interfacing to resolve campaign related issues

9.Contributing to product development activities at Vizury

10.Induction / Mentoring of new recruits

The ideal candidate background would be as follows –

1.1-5 years of post MBA experience, preferably in marketing, analytics, consulting, online advertising.

2.Has appreciation of technology and its ability to create value in the marketing domain

3.Has proven written and verbal communication skills

4.Articulate & insightful with mid-level client/vendor execs

5.Able to structure basic written communications

6.Active & contributing team member that leads by example

7.Strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to set and meet commitments

8.Works to foster positive work environment

9.Able to analyze large volumes of data and come up with deep insights

10.Understanding of internet and/or media domains is a plus
