Job Title: Online Marketing & Alliances Manager

1. Identify and establish new alliance opportunities with partners(online + offline) to grow customer reach

2. Develop and execute the online marketing strategy (excluding paid and organic search) for Display, Affiliate networks, Ad networks and explore channel partnerships. Build an effective Social Media Strategy (FB, Twitter etc.) for the company across various channels.

3. Develop digital marketing strategies and Leverage data and analytics to deliver strong marketing efficiencies. Improve creative at conceptual and implementation level. Help execute social media engagement campaigns and manage new features development for website.

4. Internet/e-commerce savvy-(Knowledge on all aspects of website - text, graphics, images designs, keywords and meta tags, other common terminologies, technical aspects such as database-driven functionalities, html, ftp, pixels, general web functionality, Internet industry trends for all consumer marketing mediums e-commerce, email, banners, landing pages, pop-ups and pop-under etc.).

5. Understanding of online media buying. Understanding of online search/display. Technical awareness. Understanding of digital advertising. Successful delivery as per business plan across LOB’s. Optimization across positions, sizes, creative, propositions etc. based on analysis. High overall engagement of the team. High on customer satisfaction

6. Innovative ideas which can be implemented with low cost implications (as we are a Start-up, marketing budget is not huge )

Qualification: Graduate/ Post graduate in any stream with a pleasing personality and good communication skills. Prior work experience in online marketing, google ad words etc required.

Experience: 1-3 Years in the field of Digital Marketing, SEO, adwords etc

Salary: Competitive salary plus travel and boarding/lodging expenses in cities other than base location (Base Location: Gurgaon).
