Online Business Product Manager - Online/Internet

Do you have a passion for travel and experience delivering exceptional results in the B2C industry-

Your responsibilities will be to

1) Build and lead a comprehensive strategy to establish our B2C product in MENA market and gradually meet annual B2C P&L goals

2) Work with Leadership team to define the short & long term strategy of the organization across business lines

3) Study of different markets including competition analysis, travel trends, consumer behavior and accordingly strategize entry into specific market

4) Keep abreast with domestic & global Industry trends and best practices along with regulatory changes

5) Develop tactical promotions with our marketing team to acquire/upsell/retain customers and constantly seek to reduce costs per transaction

6) Develop suppliers relationships with our operations team to negotiate partner deals and constantly seek to increase our revenue yield

7) Develop a content strategy with our marketing team to enrich our online customer experience

8) Manage our B2C price positioning to ensure competitiveness on at least 80% searches and constantly seek to increase our revenue yield

9) Champion our B2C customer values and ensure premium end-to-end service at all times

10) Analyze, optimize and report B2C customer behavior/patterns, promotion effectiveness, ROI and other KPIs of all B2C business activities

11) Provide strategic insights into the B2C market and explore new suppliers /partners/affiliates

12) Travel to, and represent us at trade events outside the city/country when necessary.

You- ll need to have

1) A specialization in business or technology,preferably with an MBA

2) 8-10 years of Strategy /B2C/Consumer experience in travel industry

3) Excellent English communication, planning,negotiation and analytical skills
