Functional Objective

- Create a performance driven organization through set benchmarks by evoking hidden human potential to achieve Business Goals.

Position Objectives

a) Devise and implement HR policies, systems and processes and keep them updated so that organization’s business effectiveness maximizes

b) Equip the organization with the requisite competencies at operating levels as per the business plan objectives

c) Implementing strategic tie-ups with Recruitment consultancies, HR Service providers, Web portals & Employee Referral Schemes for efficient and cost effective recruitment process

d) Plan to attract the right individuals, ensure appropriate induction of new recruits, formulate and implement the retention strategies through implementation of best talent acquisition practices

e) Devise and implement transparent systems for policies and employee’s welfare and performance and recognition based on objective parameters for individual’s and organization’s performances

f) Develop talent management & development strategies through identification of potential Appraisal for the employees

g) Implementation of effective Performance Management System, JD KRA/KPI compliance, keeping track of periodic performance review for all with a controlled evaluation & feedback mechanism

h) Devise and implement specific Human Resource development programs to build the critical competencies

i) Implementation of HR Innovations for Employee Engagement & Satisfaction

j) Driving HR Connect System
