Job Description of the Role :

- Understanding clearly the corporate expectation and prepare sales pitch & presentation.

- New Client Acquisitions

- Responsible for CRM

- Exploring New Markets/new products – work jointly with Product and Rating team for Product innovation/quality improvement

- Excellent in product presentation, Customer Relationships, Communication and relationship skills.

- Ability to interact & influence freely both at lower and highest possible level.

- Good understanding of finance ,Supply chain & Marketing

- Responsible for new initiatives business viz.

- To identify potential client on the basis of wide research

- Support strategic initiatives to increase revenue

- Business Process Analysis/Consulting : to analyze business processes and recommend improvements to help the client

Brief Overview of Vendor &Associate Rating Business Function :

- Companies across the globe are redesigning their supply chain to reduce labor cost, reduce need for capital expenditures, increase efficiencies due to economies of scale, reduce market risk and the ability to focus on the core business. What is often missed is the risk involved with entering in a business relationship, with in-sufficient knowledge about the capabilities and willingness of the supplier march in-line with the long term strategic goals of the company.  

- To bridge this gap Onicra has created the vendor associate rating segment to help companies “know their supplier better” and strengthen the long term alignment with their vendors.

- VAR provides a customized and objective assessment that helps make business decisions while avoiding internal biases that the client’s employees may have

- VAR services capture, record and analyze key data about a party:

- Current and past operational numbers including capacity and capabilities (includes physical visits and verifications)

- Financial performance and resources available for investment and working capital

- Relationships with other entities including competitors / identifying conflicts of interest

- Adds credibility to the status of the Vendor

- Helps to deal with large companies

- Motivation to adopt good governance practices

- Helps in Marketing and serve as first point to generate interest among potential trading partners

- Tool for self correction & self improvement

- Increases credit acceptability with banks and financial institution

- Creates confidence among buyers and suppliers by establishing credibility & goodwill

- MBA - marketing/finance from Tier 1/Tier 2 is required for this role.
