Overall IT Management

1.Prepare an IT roadmap for the organisation, after studying the current state and defining an ideal state scenario. Integrate the various IT applications to create a unified ERp Solution and Mobile Application Strategy.

2.Initiate an develop a cloud based IT backbone for the organization.

3.Manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs, and schedules, computer services, network communications, and management information services to accomplish corporate goals and objectives

4.Manage and monitor the overall IT budget & Cost Center Management

5.Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within the company.

6.Develop second line IT support structure for the organisation

7.Experience in working with and building web platforms for services or the e-commerce space. Internet product development for current company services
Application Management

8.Create an enterprise wide project plan and change management process for effective management of projects

9.Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages. Plan budget, manage all quality and governance standards

10.Ensure a robust requirement gathering process to ensure that current and future business requirements are captured.

11.Optimize &re-engineering current business operations through the use of robust software application to streamline delivery of operations,

12.Develop a formal project monitoring and tracking framework for all projects. Manage and coordinate projects, their interdependencies, associated risks and issues

13.Proficient and experience in cloud computing, IT Services ,outsourcing technologies as Joomla,HTML5,Cubix,PHP,Asax,CSS3,Wordpress

14.Creation of a business intelligence tool for business reporting requirements.

Infrastructure Management

15.Responsible for the development, review, and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans.

16.Ensure the security of the information systems, communication lines, and equipment.

17.Negotiate and define SLA’s for all IT services with the business

Business Transformation

Own elements of product roadmap with the key deliverables being:

1.Independently engage and start-up ecosystem to identify new products. Lead the thinking and execution on how we could help nurture and grow the start-up ecosystem with new products and initiatives.

2.To work closely with other businesses on long term planning for new products at Onicra. Partner with the leadership teams, on business and product strategy opportunity analysis, competitive benchmarking and business scenario analysis.

3.Contribute to and participate in the company’s strategy discussions, business planning processes and financial reviews. Roll out a complete business plan for the next 3-5 years.

4.Plan business transformation from a B2B to B2C model/Rating Business. Develop the rating model with a future plan of targeting direct customers.

5.Business Intelligence- Market Trends, competitive scenario.

6.Involvement in the key areas of establishing strategic alliances and developing new opportunities.

7.Across all these responsibilities, analyze and translate ambiguous, uncertain and fast moving market scenarios down to a few key trends, model the opportunity, and provide clear business/ technology analysis and management recommendations.

Minimum Educational Qualification : B Tech (Computer science)

Soft Skills Required :

- Good communication and presentation skills

Technical Skills :

- C#, testing, SQL Server 2008, windows server 2008, visual studio 6.0, visual studio 2005/2008, sharepoint
Previous Experience : 10-15 years

Preferred Industry Background : IT, Consulting, Online based companies [ E-commerce]
