Job Summary:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing team in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all channels.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and will be able to guide and mentor the team while leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven analysis.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all channels.
Content Marketing and SEO:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Work with content creators to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.
- Develop and manage rich content to improve our website's SEO and user engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Use Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other analytics tools to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide insights and make recommendations for future campaigns to improve engagement and ROI.
Paid Advertising and Budget Management:
- Oversee PPC campaigns, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely for maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize landing pages and user funnels.
- Use CRO techniques to maximize lead generation from website traffic.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar are a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
