Job Title: Business Analyst - Healthcare Experience

Location: Coimbatore (On-site) Work from Office preferred (No Remote)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in healthcare, particularly in Hospital Management Systems (HMS). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various healthcare products and bring valuable insights into different HMS software.

- This role is key in evaluating and understanding HMS solutions, and we are looking for someone who can help shape our approach to system improvements by sharing expert knowledge of industry trends and standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support Software ideation (Important). System Evaluation and Analysis Conduct a thorough analysis of various Hospital Management Systems to understand features, functionality, and compatibility with our organizational needs.

- Identify opportunities to optimize our current systems based on best practices observed in other HMS software.

Requirement Gathering and Documentation :

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document specifications for system improvements or new HMS implementation.

- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development and IT teams.

- Product Knowledge and Insights Bring knowledge of at least 5 healthcare products or Hospital Management Systems to inform system enhancements and product comparisons.

- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare software solutions.

- Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

- Facilitate client interactions as needed, presenting findings, solutions, and progress updates.

Process Improvement and Recommendations :

- Provide recommendations for streamlining processes, improving patient experience, and optimizing operational efficiency within healthcare settings.

- Utilize hands-on experience with healthcare products to advise on enhancements that align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Hospital Management Systems and 2-3 years in a Business Analyst role.

Product Knowledge:

- Hands-on experience with at least 5 healthcare or HMS products, with an understanding of their strengths, limitations, and ideal applications.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing business needs, process improvement, and translating requirements into technical specifications.

- Client Interaction: Experience working directly with clients is a plus.

- Preferred Qualifications Prior exposure to different healthcare settings or system implementations.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and standards.

- Experience with software documentation, UML diagrams, or similar tools.
