What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy: Identify new long term strategies as well as creative growth hacks for the One's product.
Implementation: Work with product, marketing, design, data & tech teams to implement your growth strategies.
Scaling: Roll up your sleeves to help scale the business in a fun environment.
What Skills You'll Need :
- Must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of work experience in a fast-paced start-up in the fintech domain/fast-growing NBFC.
- An innovative and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, considering all sides of a problem and the short and long term impact of each decision
- Experience analysing data, drawing accurate conclusions, and adjusting strategy
- Focus on digital-growth marketing, product scale-up & digital acquisitions/partnerships.
- Experience using online advertising solutions such as google (UAC), social (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin & Twitter), programmatic & affiliate marketing.
- Deep familiarity with all digital marketing channels and app marketing strategies.
- A sharp focus on user behaviour & the ability to win over user segments.
- Strong background in working with cross-functional teams.
- Creating a content engine that addresses user needs and drives the target audience
- Identifying top channels and running organic experiments to drive growth
- Ensure user behaviour is integrated into product planning and development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Top Tier IIT, IIM, Reforge & GrowthX combination preferred.
- SQL skills are a plus.
