One MobiKwik Systems - Investor Relations Analyst

As an Analyst in the Corporate Development & Investor Relations Office at MobiKwik, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives, analyzing market trends, and supporting the company's growth trajectory. This role offers the chance to collaborate with professionals from diverse backgrounds including financial diligence, strategy, investment banking, and corporate finance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Evaluate and execute opportunities for inorganic growth, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic partnerships.

- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties, including shareholders, analysts, and potential investors.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide insights and feedback to the executive team on market perceptions and investor sentiment.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of investor communications.

- Prepare presentations that effectively convey the company's point of view and engage stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in data analytics, data modeling, and database management.

- Ability to convert data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

- Understanding of financial and business metrics with the capacity to analyze and interpret them effectively.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduates from B-schools or exceptional undergraduates with a keen interest in the fintech industry.

- Professionals with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in roles related to investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, financial due diligence, or commercial due diligence.

- Experience in the aforementioned fields is advantageous but not mandatory; candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a hunger for learning are encouraged to apply.
