We are looking for a strong Techno Functional Business Analyst with a solid Development background, expected to work with regional and global clients / partner organizations to deliver systems and business process change.

- Act as an interface between clients, partner organizations and development teams on the Regional projects

- Work with clients to gather detailed, specific, accurate, unambiguous business. requirements and functional specifications

- Ensure Business analysis, Impact analysis, Gap analysis and System analysis are done to a high standard on defined projects and continuous improvement. initiatives

- Develop expertise on all components involved in Finance IT architecture and contribute to IT operational improvements.

- Prepare functional/technical specifications and work closely with developers/development teams to ensure that they understand the specifications and Deliver IT solutions for them.

- Able to contribute in the development tasks along with primary Business Analyst role.

- Able to lead and drive end to end delivery

- Ensure all IT delivery conform to audit and quality standards

- Work with other business analysts (e.g. Operations, Front Office) on firm wide initiatives and participate in the Front to Back User testing / regression testing.

- Assist with production support activities, when necessary, to help identify and resolve escalated production issues

You Offer:

- You are an MBA / PGDBM /B. Tech with relevant certifications like CFA, FRM

- You have 8-10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years of IT Business Analysis in banking environment, preferably in Regulatory reporting space (MAS, HKMA, APRA, Basel, PRA/FINMA/IHC guidelines).

- Strong working knowledge PL/SQL, Big data Fundamentals with any one analytical tool (OBIEE, Qlik, Tableau) and well versed with UNIX shell scripting knowledge.

- Knowledge of cloud environment with exposure and interesting in picking up of any UI frameworks or scripting language e.g. python / R is an added advantage

- You are ambitious, hardworking who can work collaboratively and deliver on time with a high level of integrity, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards

- You have exposure of Finance business process and have delivered projects in the finance environment.

- Exposure to Market Risk, Credit Risk, Capital Ratios, Leverage Ratios, Liquidity computations, Accounting / general ledger concepts would be desirable.

- You possess excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication/collaboration skills demonstrated by having worked closely with business partner/clients and also with software development teams.

- Exposure to big data, A.I. initiatives or Qlik would be an added advantage.

- Experience of working in Agile models is desirable.
