OnDemand Agility - Business Analyst - Credit Risk Domain

We are looking for strong candidates having good experience in Business Analysis in Credit Risk Domain.

Job Description:

- Be positioned within Adjustments project, working closely with BMR SMEs and line function sponsors in identifying and understanding BMR requirements

- Update senior management with latest project status, run various workshops and calls

- Perform Project Management and Business Analysis of RWA, LER & LVE calculation adjustment process and existing implementation

- Prepare user stories for IT development and liaise with dev teams to ensure on time delivery

- Assist in the development of testing strategies

- Provide required support for UAT and production parallel testing

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate / Masters with relevant work experience

- Project experience as lead BA or project manager

- Is familiar with Capital Adequacy production

- Issue identification, coordination and escalation through the governance structures

- A self-starter with a positive work ethic and proven ability to deliver

- Has worked in Agile projects before and is comfortable with writing EPICs, stories and acceptance criteria

- Has devised testing strategies for UAT

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work in collaborative environments

- Ability to present in governance forums

- Good in MS office tools like word, excel and ppt

- Excellent written and oral communications skills required
