- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced "Senior Manager Content & Marketing" to lead marketing efforts with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and GTM strategies.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, driving lead-generation initiatives, and coordinating various marketing activities to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.

- Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and whitepapers.

- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media advertising, and content syndication.

- Coordinate the planning and execution of physical corporate events, including trade shows, conferences, and seminars.

- Host webinars and round table discussions to engage with prospects and customers and position the company as a thought leader in the industry.

- Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and optimize lead-generation activities.

- Utilize various lead generation tools and technologies to identify and qualify leads, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign effectiveness.

- Lead and mentor the inside sales team, providing guidance and support to drive sales pipeline growth and revenue generation.

Requirement:.

- Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA is preferred.

- 6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and digital marketing.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools, including SEO/SEM, PPC advertising, social media -marketing, and email marketing.

- Hands-on experience with Google ads, Google analytics, LinkedIn marketing, Mailchimp (or other email campaign tools), etc.

- Experience coordinating physical corporate events, from planning and logistics to execution and follow-up.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to host webinars and round table discussions effectively.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve shared business objectives.

- Familiarity with various lead generation tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive results.
