Your responsibilities :
- Designing the recruitment strategy for the client India business, work with business stakeholders & execute the same effectively
- Act as an employer brand ambassador for client(in India), promoting their Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to competitively differentiate clients- in the talent market
- Identify and implement a variety of bespoke sourcing channels, attracting and pipelining talent to meet the businesses- current and future workforce needs
- Role model and influence hiring managers on our diversity agenda
- Proactively build and maintain talent pools for critical roles within your business, delivering excellent candidate care, and with a focus on quality and best fit
- Actively coach and up-skill hiring managers in best practices, assessments and selection techniques
- Use data, metrics and external market insights to drive and influence decisions with hiring managers
- Partner with preferred external partners that further supplement the talent needs of the business
- Proactively seek out ways to reduce early turnover, anticipating needs and partnering with the business to achieve strong outcomes.
- Identify and execute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation throughout the recruitment life-cycle.
- Offer rollout, salary negotiations, liaise with third party vendor on background checks, staff on boarding & documentation
- Collaborate with the India HR team to support key projects and initiatives
