IT Procurement Manager

As Manager, This role is to support the end to end procurement lifecycle across Technology Services at Investment Bank.

- Engage with platforms to translate requirements into an executable contract

- Review of procurement documents within set guardrails to determine suitability to business requirements and escalating any concerns e.g. contract module usage, rates, term deviation, workforce mix and SLAs etc.

- Administrative procurement tasks e.g. raising Purchase Orders, saving documents to databases etc.

- Influence and educate Executive Managers and Project Managers in new ways of working and the new module constructs within contracts

- Ensure the realisation of MSA benefits into renewals, new statement of works and schedules.

- Ensure savings and realised benefits are clearly defined, agreed and recorded by the business and procurement team including recording these in the relevant client System

- Support the management of key strategic partners within the technology services space

- Deliver on agreed targets and objectives through the implementation of strategic and/or tactical procurement strategies/plans

- Spend analysis, demand drivers and demand management strategies

- Risk and appropriate risk mitigation strategies

- Negotiation tactics and strategies

- Contracting approaches
