- Ensure implementation of group policies locally and assist India HR to draft, communicate and implement new local HR policy / procedures;
- Ensure that the annual people processes (i.e. performance reviews, performance planning, talent review, and remuneration review) are being optimally managed and deployed;
- Proactively coach people leaders and provide guidance and support on people management issues (e.g. restructures, performance conversations, change, KPI setting, development plans etc.)
- Facilitate training needs analysis, training program execution and maintain training record;
- Assist India HR and partner with business leaders to implement cultural initiatives, Work/life balance, People survey to increase staff engagement level;
- Act as HR ambassador by providing high calibre advice and counsel to the business
- Assist India HR in driving change and partner with the business on key people change activities and transformation programs;
- Develop communications and plans to support the rollout of HR initiatives and increase the knowledge and understanding of people issues across the business;
- Coach and guide people leaders in the application of HR policies and effective people management practices
- Partner with HR CoEs/Specialists as required to work on India policies
- Manage Employee Relations & Grievance related matters
- Be an active and contributing HR team member, especially with respect to excelling in customer service, simplifying processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the India HR team to support key projects and initiatives
