Risk Governance

- Ensure intranet page (Bridge Space) is updated with most recent documentation, assessment forms, guidance notes, training materials

- Work alongside local and global leaders to further embed and develop the risk framework in line with internal changes to the business and any new regulation.

- Provide support for the effective administration of the Risk Governance tool and the client rule book for intuitive access to Control Framework Documents (RTFs, policies, standards).

- Market Knowledge: Strong experience in Risk Management (experience with Environmental, Social & Governance risk management preferred)

- Good communicator, in particular written communications in English

- Ability to explain complex matters in simple and intuitive terms

Role Responsibilities :

- The job holder will be a part of a new Risk Governance hub being created in Bangalore India, focussing on support for Climate Risk. The candidate will support the Climate Risk team with a number of activities including: Analytics, insights and portfolio reviews for climate risk

Analytics and Disclosure :

- Support the team with climate risk analytics and Task Force for Climate related Financial Disclosure (TCFD):

- Design data and visualisations for responding to TCFD (via enhanced governance, strategy, risk management and metrics & targets)

- Analyse, review and draw insights from various climate related data sources within SCB

- Review financial assessment of transition risks produce using scenario analysis

- Gather and share industry trends and competitive intelligence about Climate Scenario Analysis to senior management
