On Demand Agility - Digital Product Owner - Digital Banking

We have an urgent opening with us for one of our premium International Banking client for Digital Banking domain.

The Digital Product Owner will take responsibility for the full life-cycle of a business product from inception through development, launch, support and future strategy.

- This role will make a key contribution to client's (Bank) market-leading digital services, delivering essential banking services to million personal and business customers. Each product owner is assigned to a particular theme and this can change over time.

The Digital Product Owner will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Platforms and will work closely with the other product owners within the Digital Team and in the wider Digital Community.

This role will also work closely with scrum teams to ensure successful delivery of digital projects.

This role will liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure Digital products meet customer needs and business requirements. This person will also work closely with development teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of the mobile services. Key responsibilities include :

- Defining and clarifying business requirements

- Working collaboratively with user experience designers and visual designers to create an engaging and delightful customer experience

- Liaising with technical developers to understand technical implications, prioritise development and make decisions about technical direction

- Working closely with business stakeholders (such as product managers, risk, compliance, legal and finance teams) to understand business imperatives, analyse and mitigate risks and determine a strategic approach to mobile development

- Consulting with marketing and research teams to understand customer needs and behaviour in order to provide the best possible mobile customer experience

- Working with data analytics to develop a deep understanding of customer behaviour, and to optimise mobile services

- Owning ongoing support and maintenance issues to ensure mobile services are demonstrating continuous improvement and continuing to meet customer needs

- Taking a leadership role in the development of future mobile strategy

The successful candidate will be an experienced digital product owner who can confidently liaise with business stakeholders and technical development teams to deliver a range of complex digital products.

- Knowledge and experience of working in Business Banking and experience with data analysis and customer research is important.

- Experience working across multiple projects simultaneously is an advantage.
