On Demand Agility urgently hiring for multiple roles.

Experienced Business Analyst in Market Risk domain. Experience on Stress Testing is preferred.

Exp : 5+ yrs, Job location : Leading Investment Bank in Mumbai.

Primary responsibilities involve :

- Liaising with key stakeholders to collect requirements, gather data for defining process, analyze the requirements and data and come up with the well-defined & structured project artifacts.

- Document the business, data and project requirements, as well as any functional specifications

- Assist project management in ensuring that the assigned projects are measurable against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results and activities where necessary

- Resolving or (where appropriate) escalating issues and risks and ensuring that appropriate corrective action is taken

- Working with team to understand and document complex data issues and data flows.

- Working with team to develop an understanding of the project and Project Initiation Documents

- Develop a deep understanding of project documents including, but not limited to project plans with deliverables and dependencies, project mandates, a communication plan and status reporting

- Gather and document business, data and project requirements ensuring that all parties are aware of the project scope, the benefits that it expects to deliver, the benefits it actually realizes and the project timelines

- Complete functional specifications and other analysis documentation for assigned projects

- Assist in the progress of the project against quality standards, targets and budgets and challenging actions, results and activities where necessary

- Resolving or (where appropriate) escalating issues and risks and ensuring that appropriate corrective action is taken

- Effectively communicating with the project managers and/or key project stakeholders on project progress

- Taking responsibility for quality assurance within the program by overseeing that Change methodologies, standards and procedures are being implemented regionally

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

The candidate must have:

- An Investment Bank and/or Asset Management and/or Consultancy background, with a strong understanding of structured project management within the Financial Services arena.

- Experience of delivering Risk projects, ideally Stress Testing projects

- A proven track record of successfully identifying and documenting business data sources and requirements, creating activity diagrams and logical data modelling within an Investment Banking environment (3 years + experience)

- A proven track record of producing functional specifications, requirement documents and other analysis documentation for assigned projects is essential

- Solid strategic analysis, problem solving, issue resolution and decision making skills

- Ability to review and edit requirements, specifications and business processes and provide recommendations related to a proposed business solution

- A proven ability of timely issue identification, tracking, reporting and resolution.

- Strong presentation development skills

- A proven ability to communicate with all levels of Management in a clear, concise manner

- Excellent verbal and written communication
