Responsibilities and Duties :

- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while spearheading the marketing & growth for company.

- complete ownership of brand building, marketing activities & campaigns. anything and everything required to keep the buzz alive.

The job will include :

1. Strategize company's communications plan in line with the given sales targets.

2. Execute the plan while working in tandem with production & sales team.

3. Monitor all the campaigns (digital and offline) and deliver the desired RoI.

Very Important - Should have a keen inclination towards cycling / running / other similar physical activities.

Key Skills :

1. Relevant experience of working / heading a communications team of a brand.

2. A keen planner & robust executioner.

3. 1-3 yrs of experience.
