Responsibilities and Duties :
- The candidate will be required to work closely with the founding team while spearheading the growth for company.
- Complete ownership of multiple sales channel, their growth & PnL
- Get work completed in a small team.
- Work in tandem with product, production, support, marketing teams and make sure results are delivered.
- Work with a fast paced D2C brand & mindset.
The job will include :
1. Strategize company's targets & growth plan in line with the product timeline.
2. Execute the growth plan. Along with 360 brand activation plan.
3. Oversee the complete lifecycle of a product - inputs in development, launch, growth.
Key Skills :
1. Relevant experience of spearheading growth for a project / company / team.
2. A keen planner & robust executioner.
3. 1-3 yrs of experience in D2C / Ecom sales/marketing.
Important - If you love bicycling, and ride 100-200km a day, you are halfway through the job.
