Omnicomm products and cloud software subscription is sold via channel partners; channel sales experience is a must. Additionally, the individual will develop and manage a set of key enterprise accounts and strategic partners.
Job description : Regional Business Manager
Optimal work experience : 3-5 years in B2B sales -Enterprise or Channels. Prior experience in a start-up with mature revenue would strengthen your case. We are looking for professionals with sales process maturity and sufficient agility to thrive in a high acceleration environment. You should love technology and keen to look at a career in IOT. While you must be a deal chaser and finisher, you must be more than a box pusher; you must have the curiosity to work up a solution from your client requirement.
Qualification : Bachelors and MBA is preferred

We are a very fast paced, hungry B2B business. You will be responsible for sales target achievement for hardware and cloud services. The organization is looking at 10X growth rates. You will work through channel partners to achieve your goals. Channel development will be integral to your success. You will leverage marketing and communication resources to build brand preference and conversion. You will leverage technical resources to develop channel support capability. You will build solution value with large enterprises and work with channel partners for fulfillment and field support. You will position and sell hardware, software and professional services. You will leverage a global team of pre-sales consultants, marketing resources and bid managers to support RFPs.
While it is impossible to summarize everything will get to do, here is a sampler :
- Revenue Responsibility : You will be responsible for driving territory sales. You will do this by creating solution demand and aligning it to fulfillment channel. Plan territory sales strategy and drive its execution. Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation, development of territory sales pipeline, and meet monthly revenue targets. You will administer channel sales and pricing within your territory to meet discount targets and price stability. You will be responsible for sales bookings and collections.
- Channel Partner Development : Own the creation and development of channel partners in your territory. This will require evaluation and recruitment of channel partners, support set-up, encourage capital infusion, training and certification. Develop partner capability to create own funnel, and align partner to fulfill your key account opportunities. Omnicomm partners are providers of post-sales support; you will monitor and manage the activities of your territory technical support team to ensure optimal technical support capability is built within the channel.
- Sales campaign management : Work with marketing team to drive new product and service introductions. You will support marketing team to pick up key insights from customers and channel required for product and solution enhancement. Leverage and support new customer outreach campaigns across- email, social media, press and telesales. Support marketing to develop new campaigns, and case studies. Develop and Execute territory BTL marketing campaigns, support execution of digital marketing strategy, case study development. Periodic review of campaign effectiveness, fine tune execution. Budgeting and campaign planning.
- Enterprise sales & key account management : A key part of our sales success will come from large enterprise customers adopting Omnicomm fuel sensors and Fleet Management Platform. You will be responsible for developing and driving enterprise sales pipeline. This will require need assessment, solutioning, targeted communication, setting up POCs, demonstrating business benefit, and aligning relevant fulfillment channel for sales closure.
- Order management & forecasting: You will be accountable for Quote to cash management for your channel partners. You will work with sales support desk to ensure timely order fulfillment and collections. You will facilitate efficient RMA process. Periodically review and improve order management for your territory. Provide relevant MIS and manage territory sales data to support accurate sales forecasting.
